If your purchase doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, our streamlined exchange process ensures you get the style you love without the hassle.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the original, unworn garments with all Card Empire tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
